STEPS TO PRESENTING

Steps to Presenting at the BOOST Conference

1. Read the BOOST Workshop Guidelines so that you understand the expectations for presenting a workshop at BOOST. Only submit an RFP if you are able to agree to these Guidelines.

2. Read the deadlines to remember and add these to your calendar.

3. Read the information needed to complete the Request for Proposal (RFP) below so that you are prepared with the necessary materials.

4. Complete and submit your thoughtful workshop proposal and agree to BOOST Workshop Guidelines by October 31st.

5. You will be notified of the status of your RFP (acceptance or waiting list) in mid-December.

6. All accepted workshop presenters will be sent personal email communication with the next steps in January. This will include the date, time, and location of your workshop as well as additional tools and resources to support you in facilitating a successful workshop.

Information You Will Need Prior to Submitting an RFP

In order to submit your BOOST RFP, you must have a Google account. You can create a Google account prior to submitting your RFP by copying and pasting this link bit.ly/GoogleAccount08.

As you complete your RFP, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. If you need to finish your RFP at a later time or need to switch devices, you will not have to start from scratch. If you’re completing the RFP offline, auto-save will not work.
