GENERAL SPONSOR CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Q. What sponsorship and advertising options are available for the BOOST Conference?

        A. All of our sponsorship options are located on our Sponsorship Amenities page and our media & advertising options can be viewed on our Advertisements page. Current availability will be reflected in the online exhibitor/sponsor registration application. In addition, you may contact us to inquire about any other sponsorship ideas your organization is interested in. Contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Q. WHAT ARE THE SPONSORSHIP DEADLINES?

       A. Please view our Sponsor Deadlines To Remember for important BOOST Conference Sponsor deadlines. 

Q. DO WE HAVE TO BE REGISTERED TO ATTEND IN ORDER TO BECOME A SPONSOR?

       A. You do not have to be registered to attend in order to be a sponsor, however, you do have to be registered if you plan to attend the conference. All attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors must be registered and have a name badge to be in the conference facility. No exceptions. Please note that some of our sponsorship opportunities are inclusive of registration. Please see the Sponsorship Amenities page for descriptions.

Q. How do I purchase additional sponsorships if I'm already registered for other items and/or to exhibit?

       A.

  • Click HERE to log in to your Online Account
  • From your Dashboard page scroll down to Account Contact
  • Select Exhibitor/Sponsor/Advertiser Selection and select your desired sponsorship(s)
  • Complete your purchase by selecting Go To Next STEP on the bottom right and checking out

Q. WHERE DO WE MAIL TOTE BAG STUFFING & CHAIR DROP COLLATERAL?

       A. Please mail any sponsored tote bag stuffing or chair drop items directly to BOOST by April 1st.

Q. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

       A. All sponsorship sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.

Q. WILL BOOST BE DISTRIBUTING ATTENDEE CONTACT INFORMATION BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW?

       A. No, the BOOST Conference does not offer an attendee contact list. We do not share, rent, or distribute our contact list at any time. We do offer our exhibitors and sponsors the option to purchase Lead Retrieval scanners to capture attendee data. Learn more about purchasing Lead Retrieval here.

Q. Does BOOST have a non-discrimination policy? 

       A. Q. What results can we expect from our sponsorship with BOOST?

       A. Since 2007, BOOST has been a trusted brand in the expanded learning, after school, and in and out-of-school time field. We continue to grow our community and partnerships to ensure that everyone has opportunities for high-quality professional development and positive learning experiences online and in person.

Please note that we do our best to honestly and accurately describe the products and services we offer; however, we can offer no guarantee with regard to any results. While BOOST Is unable to guarantee an ROI on your investment, we will collaborate with you to ensure you have a positive experience with us. We discuss advertising and marketing opportunities with you that align with your budget and goals in mind. We look forward to collaborating with you.

Q. If my organization sponsors a special event, do we have exclusivity during that time?

       A. The BOOST Conference does not guarantee exclusivity for any special event sponsorship. While all items included in your sponsorship package are assured, we cannot guarantee that your organization will be the only sponsor featured during that time. Q. What BOOST website can we advertise on? 

     A. BOOST currently has two website advertising options:

     A. BOOST has several different placement options to advertise. 

  • BOOST Conference website
  • BOOST Cafe website

Q. Who is responsible for creating the artwork for ads? 

     A. It is the sole responsibility of the sponsor to provide BOOST with the artwork custom content established by the specs you purchased.

     Under the law, claims in advertisements must be truthful, cannot be deceptive or unfair, and must be evidence-based. All ads are subject to approval by BOOST Collaborative and may be rejected at any time. 

Q. What is the timeframe available for our ad to be published?

     A. Your website banner ad will run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. We are unable to make exceptions. Artwork cannot be substituted once it is on our website.

Q. What is the deadline to submit our artwork for publishing?

     A. BOOST will need your curated artwork (PNG or JPG format only) to be submitted 10 days before the publishing date. 

Newsletter Advertising

Q. What BOOST newsletters can we advertise in? 

     A. BOOST currently has two newsletter advertising options. 

  • BOOST Conference newsletter (sent monthly, once per month)
  • BOOST Cafe newsletter (sent monthly, once per month)

Q. How do we know what months are available for purchase? 

     A. All advertising options are based on availability. Once you purchase your advertising, our Communications Coordinator will contact you to schedule your advertising publishing date with you. Q. What is the deadline to submit our content for publishing? 

     A. BOOST will need your curated content (1) logo or promotional graphic, 500 characters maximum content, and (1) hyperlink. All images must be in PNG or JPG format only and submitted 10 days before the publishing date. 

     Under the law, claims in advertisements must be truthful, cannot be deceptive or unfair, and must be evidence-based. All ads are subject to approval by BOOST Collaborative and may be rejected at any time.

Other Advertising Questions

Q. How do we submit our artwork and advertising content?

Q. Can we cancel our advertisement after we paid for it? 

     A. We do not offer refunds on any advertising, however, you can suspend your scheduled ad date and reschedule it for another time based on availability. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 15 days prior to your scheduled publishing date to reschedule your ad for a future date. Any requests within 15 days of your scheduled publish date will not be honored and no refunds will be provided. 

Q. Will BOOST provide us with a summary of our advertising analytics?

A. Yes, BOOST will provide you with a summary of your advertising analytics within 2-3 weeks of the completion of your ad.
