DEADLINE TO CANCEL OR REQUEST A REFUND

All cancellations must be made in writing, by March 10, 2017 and will incur a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellations after March 10, 2017 are non-refundable. Registered attendees and TBD attendees are liable for all cancellation fees including payments that have not yet been received by BOOST Collaborative at the time of cancellation. All registered participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. The deadline to register online for the 2017 BOOST Conference is March 24, 2017*.

*After March 24, 2017, you will have the opportunity to register on-site during the conference, and will responsible for paying the on-site registration rates. Click here for more information. 

DEADLINE TO CHANGE AN ATTENDEE NAME

In the event that you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please log into our registration website to access your Online Customer Account and change the attendee information. In the event that you do not know your password, you can reset your password. The deadline to submit changes is March 24, 2017.

Follow these easy steps below to change an attendee's information:

  • Click here to access our registration website.
  • Click on the "Click here to register" button.
  • Log-in into your Online Customer Account.
  • Click on "View/Edit Forms."
  • Click on the "view/edit" option under the name of the attendee whose contact information you want to change/update.
