Deadline to Cancel or Request a Refund

All cancellations must be made in writing, by March 15, 2020 and will incur a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellations after March 15, 2020, are non-refundable. Registered attendees and TBD attendees are liable for all cancellation fees including payments that have not yet been received by BOOST Collaborative at the time of cancellation. All registered participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies, however, you can send someone in your place.

Deadline to Register

The deadline to register online for Standard Registration is March 31, 2020.

The deadline to register online for Late-Bird Registration and Pre-Conference Academies is April 15, 2020*.

*After April 15, 2020, you will have the opportunity to register for the conference on-site, and will be responsible for paying the on-site registration rates. You cannot register for Pre-Conference Academies on-site. Click here for more information.

Early-Bird Registration
July 1, 2019 - October 31, 2019 - $465 per person

Standard Registration
November 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020 - $510 per person

Late-Bird Registration
April 1, 2020 - April 15, 2020 - $550 per person

On-Site Registration
April 28, 2020 - May 1, 2020 - $650 per person

Deadline to Change an Attendee Name

In the event that you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please login to our registration website to access your Online Customer Account and change the attendee information. In the event that you do not know your password, you can reset your password. The deadline to submit changes is April 15, 2020.

Follow these easy steps below to change an attendee's information:

  • Click here to access our registration website.
  • Click on the "Click here to register" button.
  • Log-in into your Online Customer Account.
  • Click on "View/Edit Forms."
  • Click on the "view/edit" option under the name of the attendee whose contact information you want to change/update.
