Drift Palm Springs brings Baja-style stateside to downtown Palm Springs, Southern California’s sun-soaked desert paradise. The property is located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs on Indian Canyon Drive, a 5-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport, 2 hours from LAX, and a short drive to Coachella, Palm Desert, or Joshua Tree National Park. It’s the ideal place for fine dining, evening strolls, and desert adventure.

The hotel is home to Maleza, an upscale Baja-inspired restaurant in partnership with Jorge Espindola and Cesar Pita of San Jose del Cabo-based Roots and Roads. Locals and guests gather in Drift’s chic open-air event space, perfect for supper clubs and mezcal tastings, surrounded by a wall of cacti for added privacy. For more intimate gatherings, guests can prepare meals in-room, sourcing products from the Drift Pantry, a curated in-room marketplace stocked with locally sourced items, as well as an ample wine and beer selection.

We require a credit card on file for incidentals and will request this from you before giving check-in details. A $100 authorization will be held until after checkout.

It is our policy to get a card on file to protect our property in the event of damages. The card cannot be viewed or charged by anyone unless an incidental claim needs processing. In the case of incidentals/damages, our reservations manager is the only one with access to charging your card. That individual can only see the last 4 digits of your card information.

Must be 21 or older to book. By booking this reservation you agree that you are at least 21 years of age. After booking, you will be asked to submit a photograph of your government-issued ID as proof of age and identity.

Please note that cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 1 night’s room and tax as a penalty. 

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

You can park your car in the hotel lot on the property for $10 per day. The lot has limited spaces, so spots are first come, first served. There is free street parking behind the hotel and also a free lot directly across the street.
