Here are the required specs for digital advertising with BOOST. All advertising is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to final approval by the BOOST team. BOOST is not liable for errors or omissions of advertising.

BOOST Conference Website Ads

Advertisers are responsible for producing all artwork for their ads. Artwork and preferred destination URL must be sent to BOOST at least 10 days prior to your live advertisement date.

Materials needed:

• Inline leaderboard banner ad dimensions - 728x90px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format.
• Sidebar skyscraper banner - 160x600px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format.
• Lower sidebar ad dimensions - 200x200px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format.
• Preferred URL to link to your banner ad

BOOST Cafe Website Ads

Advertisers are responsible for producing all artwork for their ads. Artwork and preferred destination URL must be sent to BOOST at least 10 days prior to your live advertisement date.

Materials needed:

• Inline leaderboard banner ad dimensions - 728x90px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format.
• Sidebar ad dimensions - 250x250px, .300 dpi, png or .jpg format.
• Preferred URL to link to your banner ad

BOOST Conference & Cafe Newsletter Ads

Advertisers are responsible for producing all artwork and captions for their ads. Artwork & content must be sent to BOOST at least 10 days prior to your live advertisement date. 

Materials needed: 

• Top and bottom banner ads
  • Artwork - 728x90px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format (will resize to 600x74px).
  • Preferred URL to link to your banner ad.

• Newsletter content ads
  • Artwork - 2:1 ratio (landscape), minimum size of 1,000x500px, 300 dpi, .png or .jpg format (will resize to 600x300px)
  • Content - A maximum of 500 characters.
  • Preferred URL to link your content and artwork to.

Social Media Advertisements

Advertisers are responsible for producing all artwork and captions for their ads. Artwork & captions must be sent to BOOST at least 10 days prior to your live advertisement date. Social media advertisements will use #SponsoredAd to disclose material connection as required by law.

Materials needed: 

• Artwork for social posts: Please send two pieces of artwork for your social posts:
  1. Square graphic (1:1 ratio) with a minimum size of 1,500x1,500px, 300 dpi, png or jpg format. 
  2. Wide graphic with a minimum size of 1,600x900px, 300 dpi, png or jpg format. 
• Social media captions must be 280 characters or less to fit all platforms, including advertisers' preferred URL, social media handle, and #SponsoredAd. 
• Preference of posting date and time of day (PST, not always guaranteed)
