BOOST was a wonderful way to network, meet other people from other places with new, fresh ideas to bring home to my program. This conference provided a sense of community and connection - reminding me that no matter where we are, we all share a common passion of improving the quality of student's lives - one small step at a time.
BOOST is different than any other conference because of the variety of options to learn and develop. This is not just workshops but films, podcasts, etc.

It was an amazing experience and I am so excited to bring back all that I learned.
I had the best time at BOOST! By day, I was learning valuable tools to better my own program, gaining knowledge of topics I needed more information on, and sharing stories with people all over the country. At night, I was bonding with my coworkers at an Escape room, cheering on the Duck Duck BOOST participants by the pool, and dressing up to get down at the Homecoming party! BOOST has something for everyone and I can't wait to be back again!
It was a wonderful experience, the dynamics of the place is absolutely amazing, such an inviting atmosphere, definitely would love to attend again!

This was the first time I attended the BOOST conference. I was genuinely surprised by how well the conference was organized and how easy it was to navigate through all the conferences and exhibits. The energy was infectious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I am going away with a wealth of information.

BOOST was unlike any other mental health conference I have been to before. I think the idea of having a conference for school staff is fantastic and it's awesome to have so many people there all looking to learn more and get better in order to help the students they see and work with on a daily basis. Everyone was so friendly and truly interested in learning. My experience as a speaker at the conference was fantastic and I definitely will be back next year.

This was a great experience to attend this conference. I like it because it was a national conference that focused strictly on youth programs which is the field that we all work in. I have been to other conferences that are a fragment of what BOOST is which made BOOST so fun and worth attending!
BOOST 2024 was my first BOOST Conference that I attended and had a great time networking, meeting new people, learning about subjects that directly relate to what I work with in my line of work, and I even won a raffle prize in the closing ceremonies! I guess it was beginner's luck! Thank you BOOST for all the people that work tirelessly and with tremendous effort in putting this conference on year after year!

As a leader in my organization, I feel I left with some concrete ways to help my staff be better with children and help support staff and alleviate some burnout. BOOST is the break from the day to day running of program to focus on MY learning!

BOOST does an amazing job showing their appreciation for providers. Oftentimes these conferences, especially when required to travel long distances, can contribute to burnout. BOOST provides us with time for decompression, networking, fun, and relaxation. The location of BOOST also ensures a relaxing time with plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy time away from home and the traditional work setting.
